Encounteer "The Triumph of Diversity"

The association REDI (Red Empresarial por la Diversidad e Inclusión LGBTI) has celebrated its fifth anniversary by organising a conference entitled "El triunfo de la diversidad" (The triumph of diversity). Commissioned by Both People & Comms, a member of REDI, I coordinated the conceptualisation of the programme and the speakers, as well as preparing the script for the masters of ceremony and the sessions. This meeting, presented by journalists Paloma del Río and Antonio Nuño, reviewed the work done on LGBTI diversity in Spain since the association was created in 2018. With the new members, REDI is now an ecosystem made up of more than 230 organisations and professionals, of which 140 are large companies reaching more than 700,000 people employed.
