The primary objective was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse educational opportunities offered by the 13 members of the BISA Association.
Situated in the Province of Barcelona, all these schools offer flexible and open admission processes for newly arrived students throughout the year, catering to families with high global mobility. Within the framework of BISA, these schools collaborate to enhance the #quality of education by sharing best practices, establishing synergies, and coordinating efforts to provide improved attention to families.
My Services
Coordinate the program with 14 speakers
Preparing and writing the script for the moderator
Coordination of a targeted data base for potential attendees to prepare personalized invitations
Personal Phone Calls and email Follow Up to the invitees
In situ Coordination of the event (welcoming of the speakers, registration desk, etc,)
